How does the subscription work?
Barbella Box is a monthly subscription service curated specifically for women who love fitness. Each month, you will receive a premium selection of apparel, snacks, gear, and accessories delivered right to your door.
When will my box ship?
We ship our monthly boxes between the 15th and 20th of every month. Once your box leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.
Can I exchange items for a different size?
We want you to love your gear! If an apparel item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and tags are attached, subject to inventory availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure you cancel before your renewal date on the 1st of the month.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to athletes worldwide! Please note that international shipping rates apply and delivery times may vary depending on your local customs processing.
